amjl Terms & Conditions

The following terms have specific meanings throughout this Agreement. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret your rights and obligations as an amjl player.

To register an account and use the amjl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law for participation in licensed online gambling activities.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino and sports betting services is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended account on the amjl platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of amjl or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or gambling exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your amjl account credentials — your username, password, and any linked two-factor authentication device. amjl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

Specific account obligations include the following:

• One account per person: You may not register or operate more than one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, amjl reserves the right to merge or close them and apply a balance forfeiture in line with our anti-fraud policy.
• Non-transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual under any circumstances.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with other individuals is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether that activity was initiated by you personally.
• Security notifications: You must notify amjl support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
• Profile accuracy: You must keep your registered contact details up to date. amjl will use your registered email and mobile number to communicate important account notifications, including verification requests and security alerts.

All financial transactions on the amjl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). amjl supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. Available channels and applicable transaction limits are displayed in the amjl cashier section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are specified in the cashier and vary by payment channel.
• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your wallet balance instantly upon confirmation of payment.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account balance.
• 7-Eleven cash-in transactions are credited within the processing window specified at the time of transaction initiation.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are credited upon the required number of network confirmations as specified in the cashier.
• amjl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment source must be registered in your own name, matching your KYC-verified identity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after your account has completed the KYC verification process.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to payment channel capabilities.
• amjl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by channel and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request submission.
• Any bonus balance that has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will not be included in withdrawal-eligible funds.

amjl offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine sporting events such as PBA conferences, national boxing events, and sabong derbies.

The following general conditions apply to all amjl bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published in the promotions section of the platform. Live dealer games and sports betting typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• amjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus balances already credited to a player's account before the modification date.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or other methods that amjl reasonably determines to constitute abuse — will have their bonus balances voided and their accounts suspended.

All games available on the amjl platform — including JILI slots, live dealer tables, the Aviator crash game, online bingo, sabong, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the individual game rules published within each game interface. These game-specific rules form part of this Agreement and players are expected to familiarise themselves with them before wagering.

• All slot games on amjl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each title are published in the game information panels and are independently verified.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's system logs. amjl will apply the provider's recorded outcome as final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be adjusted at amjl's discretion.
• Sports betting odds displayed on the amjl platform are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply to your bet are those locked in at the moment your bet is accepted by the system, as confirmed in your bet history.
• In-play (live) betting markets operate under accelerated timelines. amjl cannot be held responsible for bets placed after the relevant event or period has concluded where the market closure was not processed in time due to feed delay.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the amjl platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of funds where permitted by applicable law:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials to access the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed via the amjl sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer environment on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine AML laws or PAGCOR regulations.
• Attempting to exploit game or system errors ("bugs") to generate unintended winnings. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected system error are void and will be reclaimed from the player's balance.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with a payment provider after using the deposited funds on the platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to mask your geographical location or circumvent platform access restrictions.

amjl is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. amjl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your amjl account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour review period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic reminders and session cut-offs to control the total time you spend on the platform in any given sitting.
• Reality Check Prompts: Enable on-screen alerts that display your session duration and net gaming activity at regular intervals of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Temporary exclusions may range from 30 days to 12 months. Permanent exclusions are irreversible. In summary, amjl collects personal data — including identity documents, financial information, device data, and gameplay history — for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. amjl does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is required for payment processing, KYC verification, game provision, and legal compliance under Philippine law.

You have the right to request access to the personal data amjl holds about you, to request corrections, and in certain circumstances, to request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Data subject requests may be submitted to the amjl support team via live chat or the contact email published on this platform.

All content on the amjl platform — including but not limited to the amjl brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of amjl or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the amjl platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the amjl platform or its content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software component of the platform.
• Use amjl branding, trademarks, or logos in any external context without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the amjl website on another domain or platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, amjl's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their amjl wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

amjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from interrupted access to the platform.
• Loss of gaming opportunity due to technical failures, scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that were caused by system malfunctions — subject to the correction procedures set out in Section 6.
• Unauthorised access to your account that resulted from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Termination by You: You may close your amjl account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified, withdrawal-eligible balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your last-used payment method after standard processing checks are completed.

Termination by amjl: amjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• amjl is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or other legal authority.
• amjl has reasonable grounds to believe that your account activity poses a financial, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.
• You have been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or a person subject to financial sanctions.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the player, amjl reserves the right to withhold any bonus balance and, where fraud or AML violations are involved, to refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through amjl's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players agree to attempt resolution through the amjl complaints procedure by contacting the support team and allowing a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days for the matter to be reviewed and responded to at the management level.

Players may also escalate unresolved disputes relating to the regulatory conduct of the platform to PAGCOR through its published complaints and dispute resolution channels.

amjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, amjl will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where more urgent implementation is required by regulatory instruction or legal necessity.

Your continued use of the amjl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
